Camel Creek Set to Raise £100K for Local Health Workers with New Day Passes

By Camel Creek Adventure Park - 20th April 2020

Cornwall’s favourite family attraction Camel Creek Adventure Park has announced the launch of a brand-new campaign which is set to raise £100,000 for NHS workers in Cornwall.

‘Operation NHS 100k’ sees the creation of a new cut-price day pass to the park, with half of the proceeds going to fund protective equipment for local healthcare workers who are supporting the fight against Coronavirus in the South West.

For a limited time only, visitors can save a whooping 70% off a Camel Creek day pass ticket, now costing just £7.00 each.

The rest of the money made from the new cut-price day passes will be used by the park to support its huge array of animals whilst the park is closed. Camel Creek is home to nearly 300 animals covering 58 different species, from crocodiles to meerkats, which surprise and delight visitors of all ages.

Although plans for the reopening of Camel Creek are as yet unconfirmed and will be guided by government guidelines, these super-saver day passes will have a guaranteed validity of 12 months from when the park reopens to the public, giving you the chance to save now, enjoy later AND support Cornwall’s NHS services.

Alexis Camelin, General Manager of Camel Creek Adventure Park says, “Whilst of course school holiday plans have been disrupted for us during these unprecedented times, it is nothing compared to what our NHS workers have been going through to keep all of us safe. We hope that these tickets, whilst providing some excitement post lockdown, will raise a significant amount of money to help support Cornwall’s health workers.”

This special super-saver day pass is available for a limited time only. For more details please visit www.camelcreek.co.uk
